Barnes & Noble, Inc. is the largest book retailer in the United Staes operating mainly through its Barnes & Noble Booksellers chain of bookstores headquartered in lower Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. Barnes & Noble is the nation’s top bookseller brand for the sixth year in a row, as determined by a combination of the brand’s performance on familiarity, quality, and purchase intent; the top bookseller in quality for the second year in a row and the number two retailer in trust, according to the EquiTrend Brand Study by Harris Interactive. I wouldnt necessarily recommend Barnes&Noble because their books are expensive. Other companies/stores such as borders and amazon have the same books at a lower more affordable price. However Barnes&Noble is a god place to go to for information for research projects or assignments.
